We’re currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator with a background in construction purchasing and project coordination to support our project teams and help keep operations moving with precision and purpose.

Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator – Construction & Purchasing plays a key role in ensuring our commercial construction projects run efficiently, are on time, and within budget. This dual role position blends logistical coordination, procurement management, and communication excellence, all in service of delivering a seamless project experience to clients and partners.

You'll work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, bridging gaps and keeping the details aligned, all while upholding our commitment to quality work and strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Support Project Managers with project estimating and setup, documentation, and administrative control.

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting notes, and daily project logs.

  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractor communication, and delivery logistics.

  • Track project progress and help identify issues before they become problems.

  • Foster clear and timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Purchasing & Procurement

  • Source, order, and manage delivery of materials and equipment for assigned projects.

  • Solicit and evaluate vendor/supplier quotes; verify scopes and negotiate pricing.

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and procurement logs.

  • Ensure timely purchasing to support construction schedules.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally in a coordination or purchasing role.

  • Working knowledge of construction terminology, cost codes, documents, and processes.

  • Ability to read blueprints/plans.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all stakeholders.

  • Proficient with construction software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk, ProEst, Projects, Excel, or similar).

  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

  • Experience with negotiated, design-build, or fast-track construction.

  • Familiarity with local vendors and suppliers.

·       Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
